adequate stay with some problems
undertrained staff broken steam room
location prove convenient due its proximity to marina walk. that was acceptable.
the staff seemed undertrained, and getting support took too long. the steam room was broken and it stayed out of service through my stay. this meant i missed out on a facility i expected.

FANTASTIC apartment EXPERIENCE!
excellent view helpful employee
i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for three nights and WOW it was spacious. THE room was also very neat with excellent views. I would highly recommend this hotel for family travelers. ALL the hotel employees were very helpful, and the hotel is in the center of the marina area. tram station and carrefour are just a few meters away.
The breakfast area felt a little small for such a large building. It became quite crowded. I wish i had known to arrive earlier to avoid the rush, so i actually missed breakfast.

the two-bedroom apartment was quite large and clean, providing more than enough space for my family. THE apartment included comfortable beds, a separate living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

the hotel features both an indoor and outdoor pool, and both were clean and well kept. THE gym is equipped with a variety of machines for cardio and strength training, with a great space who want to maintain their fitness routines.

the restaurant offered a fair selection of food choices, and we found the quality to be satisfactory for the price. THE breakfast buffet included both hot and cold options.

My apartment size was larger than expected. It includes a suite and a nice bedroom. the apartment also features three bathrooms which is good. its location near the tram and metro made getting around easy.

Admirable Stay in a Great Location
immaculate room convenient parking
The housekeeping team kept the room immaculate. The gym features modern equipment, including several treadmills. I found the availability of covered parking very convenient. The breakfast buffet provided a satisfying variety of choices.

Acceptable Stay, but Check-in Issues and Cockroaches
cockroach issue declined claim
The apartment had more bathrooms than bedrooms, and it included a giant kitchen, though I didn't need it.
I encountered cockroaches in the room. This was unacceptable. The hotel service only took the trash when I reported the issue. During check-out, the desk person declined my claim, asking why I didn't escalate the problem earlier.
